The Russian SME Forum will take place on 3 June, bringing together representatives of government bodies, business, development institutions, the banking sector, technology companies, and the international expert community. The Forum is organised by the Roscongress Foundation together with OPORA RUSSIA.

The Russian SME Forum traditionally opens the SPIEF business programme and serves as one of the key platforms for developing practical solutions in the areas of entrepreneurship development, international cooperation, and technological renewal of the economy. Today, SMEs are not only a vital sector of the economy but also a source of flexibility, innovation, and new growth points. This year, the Forum’s focus is on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, international cooperation, the development of manufacturing companies, and support for entrepreneurial initiatives in the regions. I am confident that the dialogue between business, government, and development institutions will produce new and effective mechanisms for supporting small and medium-sized businesses,” said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the SPIEF Organising Committee.

At the heart of the Forum’s business programme are issues of digital transformation, the introduction of artificial intelligence, international cooperation, human resources, the development of manufacturing SMEs, financing instruments, and state support for entrepreneurship.

Among the participants are representatives of federal government bodies, development institutions, Russia’s largest companies, and the international business community. The discussions will feature Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikova, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Denis Tyupyshev, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Boris Tashimov, State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Maxim Uvaidov, Minister of Economic Development of Rostov Region Pavel Pavlov, Minister of the Moscow City Government Ekaterina Solovyeva, as well as representatives of the Bank of Russia, the Federal Tax Service of Russia, the SME Corporation, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, and international business associations including the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, the Association of European Businesses, and the Union of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Russia.

Special attention will be given to international cooperation. The programme includes sessions dedicated to engagement with China, the countries of Asia and the Middle East, and the development of technological partnership with the UAE.

The Forum will also feature practical masterclasses, business case studies, and special sessions on labour productivity, entrepreneurial education, marketplaces, industrial cooperation, and SME acceleration.

Special participation conditions are available for small and medium-sized business representatives attending SPIEF 2026 opening day events: the package is available at 66,000 roubles (VAT included). For individual entrepreneurs and self-employed participants, attendance may be arranged at a concessionary rate of 25,000 roubles (VAT included) within an established quota.
