The centre is being considered for location on Bali, which would help attract capital that previously flowed to the Middle East and also benefit from an influx of wealthy expatriates fleeing conflict zones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>China has developed the first draft of regulations for \u201cdigital human\u201d images<\/strong><br>Chinese regulators have unveiled draft <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chinadailyhk.com\/hk\/article\/631570\">rules<\/a> for \u201cdigital human\u201d services, requiring mandatory labelling of such content and consent for the use of real people\u2019s likenesses or voices. The draft also prohibits the creation of virtual romantic partners for minors and the dissemination of dangerous or fraudulent content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Moscow and Cairo are discussing the creation of a grain and energy hub in Egypt<\/strong><br>Russia and Egypt have begun working on the creation of a grain <a href=\"https:\/\/iz.ru\/2073678\/vladislav-petrov\/rf-i-egipet-priblizilis-k-sozdaniyu-zernovogo-haba\">hub<\/a>, which could be located at the ports of Port Said, Damietta, Sokhna or Alexandria. The robot operates in \u201cavatar\u201d mode, precisely replicating the cosmonaut\u2019s movements via a special suit with sensors, and requires no bulky spacesuit, allowing it to perform delicate manipulations outside the station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The third Russia-Africa summit will be held on October 28-29 in Moscow<\/strong><br>The dates have been officially <a href=\"https:\/\/ria.ru\/20260408\/sammit-2085793692.html\">confirmed<\/a> by Anatoly Bashkin, Director of the Africa Department at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
